Yes — bringing your own domain is included on the Growth and Pro plans (and on Enterprise). The Free and Starter plans use a free your-store.ecom1.top link, which is plenty to start selling. Custom domain setup with automatic HTTPS is coming soon; for now, upgrading is the way to use your own domain.

Your shoppers pay with cash on delivery from day one — the most popular checkout method in Pakistan. Online card and wallet payments are on the way, and your store will keep selling without missing a beat when they arrive.

Your own subscription to LaunchLancer (Starter / Growth / Pro) is currently fee-free during our early launch — no card needed to start your trial.

Each plan sets three clear limits: how many stores you can run, how many products you can list, and how many orders you can take each month. Free is 1 store / 5 products / 10 orders. Yes — every paid plan lets you run more than one store from a single login. Growth gives you up to 3 stores, Pro up to 10, and Enterprise is unlimited. When you add another store, you skip the questions we already asked and jump straight to naming it.

You keep going — just on the Free plan. Your store stays live, your data stays put, your customers can still shop. If you have more products or stores than the Free plan allows, the extras are quietly hidden from your storefront and flagged in your dashboard as "Hidden — upgrade or delete". Nothing is ever deleted automatically. Upgrade any time to re-publish everything.

No surprise fees from us. When online payments arrive, the payment gateway you choose will set its own processing fee — that part is between you and them, not us. Our plans are flat monthly prices in PKR: Starter ₨999, Growth ₨4,999, Pro ₨14,999. Paying yearly saves you 20%.
