Is there a joining fee?
No. Applying is free, and you never need a paid subscription of your own to be a partner.
When do commissions start and stop?
Commission is earned every time a store you referred pays its subscription, and it stops if that store stops paying or leaves the platform.
What if a client stops paying?
You keep everything already earned. Commission simply stops accruing for that store.
Can I bill my client directly?
Yes. Your fees for design, build and management are entirely between you and your client. We only handle the platform subscription.
Who owns the store?
Your client does. The store is theirs, on their own account — you are never a barrier between a merchant and their business.
How do I track what I have earned?
